We went to see Wicked this weekend. I loved it!! It was only the second Broadway show I've seen. The other was Little Shop of Horrors, which, coincidentally, I saw at the Little Theater in Gastonia as a kid. So, I've actually seen that show twice. Anyway, the set was amazing, the actors were amazing and the story was unique. It put a different spin on the Wizard of Oz story. I can see why it is such a nationwide hit. Mike, of course, was not as enthused as myself. He said it was torture. I really don't see how anyone could say it was torture. I just asked him if he was ready to see the next show in the Broadway series coming to Charlotte (Mary Poppins) and he asked me if I were crazy. I may have to make this my yearly anniversary request if I want to see anymore shows. Even then I doubt I'll be able to get that every year. If anyone is going to a show, let me know, I'm not afraid to be the third wheel!!

I loved Wicked! Scottie and I saw it out here in LA after we moved and it was great! Scottie even really enjoyed it. We saw the Lion King in NYC and loved that one too.
I will be glad to be your partner to go see shows with. Reiggin is the same way I have to drag him to shows sometimes.
This is me being jealous. I'll go next time and we can leave the boys at home.
Count me in on the Broadway show excursions. I just got back from Manhatten where I saw "Phantom of the Opera". A first for me.
OMG!! I wish that I had seen it again. Mandy and I saw it when it came the first time and I simply loved it!!!
The music was wonderful and the sets were great!!
